Ningiukulu Teevee
Ningiukulu Teevee (b. 1963) is a leading contemporary Inuit artist from Kinngait (Cape Dorset), Nunavut, internationally recognized for her imaginative drawings and limited-edition prints. Working with fluid line, layered colour, and dreamlike narrative, Teevee depicts animals, human figures, and fantastical environments that move between the real and the imagined. Her work has been widely exhibited and collected by major institutions, and she has been a frequent contributor to Kinngait Studios annual print collections. Teevee’s distinctive visual language and inventive storytelling have made her one of the most influential figures in contemporary Inuit art.
