A contemporary gallery of Inuit art and limited-edition designer vinyl art toys.

Also exhibits non-Inuit contemporary artists throughought the year: from the city, the province, Canada and beyond.

Our space is alive with creativity, offering rotating exhibitions, workshops, artist talks, pop-ups, and community events.

Inuit Art

Traditional and contemporary Inuit art primarily from Kinngait (Cape Dorset) and Baker Lake.

Limited-edition Inuit art prints and original drawings as well as sculpture/carvings.

One of 50 sets of Cape Dorset Annual Print Release every year.

Contemporary Art

A few times a year we feature other interesting art works from Winnipeg and Manitoba as well as from Canada, The United States and beyond.

Custom Fine Art Framing

We do all of our framing in house. We can frame your fine art too; call or email for a conversation about what you need.

We do not frame jerseys, posters, etc.

Designer Vinyls & Art Toys

Explore our ever-changing limited-edition designer vinyls by KidRobot, Munky King, Heavy Cream and more.

Gift Shop

Find unique items in our gift shop; everything ties in to the core of artistic expression whether it be desinger art toys or colouring/painting books, DIY vinyl art toy blanks, or even premium playing cards with an art theme.

The selection changes frrequently so check in often – at the gallery or on online.

Library

We are collecting books to loan out to our guests. Come and check out our collection so far and sign one out if you want – and consider donating a book you are finished with.

The collection will always be centered on art and creativity of all kinds: visual artists, literature, architecture, graphic design, movies…you name it, we’ll try to have something for you.

Where We Are

Located in Winnipeg’s Historic Exchange District; home to many galleries, cool independent shops and maker spaces, restaurants and lounges.

The space is rich with exposed brick walls, hardwood floors and rustic wooden posts and rafters.

Street parking on Bannatyne, a large paid parking lot right across the street and a multi-level parkade on the corner of Bannatyne and Rory means you will always find a parking spot.

Metered Street Parking

• FREE after 5:30pm Monday-Friday⁠
• FREE two hour parking on Saturday ⁠
• FREE all day Sunday + holidays⁠

*$1.75 to $2.75 per hour for public street parkinng (estimate)

The Exchange District have patrols that tour the area and are there to help – if need be.

Patrols are generally on duty the following dates and times:

Monday: 8am-4pm
Tuesday to Saturday: 8am-12am
*No patrol on Sunday or holidays.
